Design Meeting;
- 90 min design meeting at Premiere Events. At this meeting, we will get to play with the rental options and design your table scape. We will then put together rental order for; linens, china, glassware, flatware, napkin & dance floor options.
- We will assist in your event furniture rentals & pricing breakdown offered by different vendors
* 1 hour added to your rental time & $250 credit toward our optional decor items when added 30 days within contract signing
Event Planning Meeting
- 90 min initial research & brain storming meeting to get a sense of your vision, goals for your wedding help you come up with ideas that will work well in our gardens and reception pavilion
- Creating a curated list of recommended vendors & pricing that align with your vision and creating recommended spending plan.
- Introduction emails to vendors with couples details, vision & goals, connecting you directly with the vendors you’d prefer for a smooth booking process.
* 1 hour added to your rental time & $250 credit toward our optional decor items when added 30 days within contract signing
